History
Built in 2014, The Platform provides a unique opportunity for outdoor concerts, theatrical presentations, weddings, and much more! Because of Clyde's history beginning with the transportation of goods by rail and it's proximity to the railroad tracks, The Platform was designed to mimic a railway platform from which visitors would embark on the historic tour of Clyde, Texas.
In addition to Festivals and Open Mic Nights held by the City of Clyde, citizens may request permission to use The Platform for an event by visiting Clyde City Hall at 222 Oak Street or by calling 325-893-4234.
